Also known as mastopexy which is a surgical procedure done for lifting saggy breast tissues.
It can be combined with breast implant insertion if you don’t have sufficient breast tissues to give you a full rounded and lifted shape or if you are seeking larger breasts.
According to the degree of breast sagginess the incision is designed. In cases with minimal breast sagginess, excess skin can be removed and the areola can be lifted to a higher level using a rounded incision around the areola only. In moderate and severe cases, saggy breast skin removal is done through a lollipop or inverted T incision respectively, and the ptotic breast tissues are reshaped and lifted through my special technique. Also excess areola is removed and the areola is repositioned to a higher more projecting level for a lifted and more youthful appearance of the whole breast.
Recovery: 1-2 weeks with drains removal after 5-7 days.
